Work with a view of the Julian Alps: a workspace on the Gerlitzen Alpe, business trips to Villach from Lake Ossiach – with a kitchen, peace and an invoice to your company.

Neighbouring properties
Several apartments and houses sit right beside each other – on the Gerlitzen Alpe, for example, four apartments in the same building, together for up to 18 people. Every family or team has its own bedrooms and bathroom.
Own kitchens
Cook, barbecue and have breakfast together: every property has a fully equipped kitchen. It saves money and makes group evenings relaxed.
Mountain and lake combined
Skiing at 1,763 m, swimming in Lake Ossiach at 501 m – less than an hour apart. Ideal when the group wants different things.
Direct, no portal fees
You book directly with the host. For groups we make an individual offer – with one invoice, including to your company.

Questions about groups, companies and celebrations
Can we holiday together as a large group?+
Yes – our properties are particularly well suited to that. On the Gerlitzen Alpe four apartments and at Lake Ossiach two share the same house, so the whole group stays together, cooks, eats and celebrates together and still has quiet places to sleep. On the Gerlitzen Alpe, for example, up to four apartments in the same building can be combined for up to 18 people – please enquire early.

Do you host companies, teams and staff outings?+
Yes. We host company teams, departments and project groups – for team days, retreats, incentive trips, staff holidays and company outings. The apartments work well for working, there is a dedicated workspace on the Gerlitzen Alpe and Wi-Fi is available.
You receive a proper invoice to your company. We are happy to suggest activities such as a ski day, hut evening, hike, rafting or a boat trip on Lake Ossiach.
Can we celebrate a birthday, wedding or family event with you?+
Yes, by prior arrangement. Many guests use our properties as accommodation for wedding guests, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, stag and hen parties or a get-together with friends.
Please tell us in your enquiry what you are planning and how many guests are coming. As neighbours live close by, quiet hours apply from 10 pm – loud parties into the early hours are therefore not possible, but a lovely celebration with good food and time together certainly is.
Are group trips for universities, schools or clubs possible?+
Yes. Student groups, seminars, clubs, sports teams and choirs are welcome – for field trips, ski courses, training camps or club outings. Please tell us the participants’ ages and name one responsible contact person.
What if our group is larger than your properties?+
Then we combine several properties or places – or additionally recommend the whole chalets of our partner Luxalps in Sankt Englmar and in Inzell. Same service, same direct booking.
Are there discounts for groups or long stays?+
For several properties at once or longer stays, please enquire directly. We will make you an individual offer based on dates, season and group size.
