Yes, if you want your holiday property let professionally without dealing with guests, cleaning and booking platforms yourself. We operate holiday apartments, studios, chalets and holiday homes in Austria and Germany.
Do you rent my apartment yourselves?+
No. Luxescape does not rent apartments. We operate your holiday property for you: the property stays yours and you earn from every booking, while we handle marketing, guests, cleaning and checks.
How can I have my holiday property operated by Luxescape?+
Contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. After a viewing you receive a written operating proposal with all services and conditions.
Will my apartment be listed on Booking.com and Airbnb?+
Yes. We list your property on the big platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb as well as on luxescape-ferienwohnungen.at. A synchronised calendar prevents double bookings.
What does it cost?+
That depends on the location and the property. After the viewing you receive a transparent offer in writing.
Do I have to look after the guests myself?+
No. Guest communication, check-in information, cleaning and checks are handled by us.
Can I still use my apartment myself?+
Yes. Periods of your own use are agreed in advance and recorded in the contract.
Which countries and regions do you cover?+
Austria and Germany – mountain and lake regions as well as popular holiday towns. Just ask about your location.
What kinds of property do you operate?+

You receive a transparent monthly statement with all bookings and income. We answer questions personally at any time.
Who handles key handover, cleaning and laundry?+
We organise it: check-in information and key handover, cleaning after every stay, fresh linen and towels and regular checks.
