Himmelberg, 19 October 2026. Luxescape GmbH is expanding on the Gerlitzen Alpe in Carinthia, Austria: the Alpenblick and Alpennest apartments are joined by the Alpenzeit and Alpenliebe apartments. All four are in the same building at the Kanzelhöhe (Kanzelhöhe 8, 9521 Treffen am Ossiacher See) at 1,440 metres – at the entrance to the ski area, with views to the Julian Alps.
The Alpenzeit apartment sleeps up to four guests on 50 m²: a bedroom with a double bed, a bright living room with dining table and sofa, a kitchen and a terrace with mountain views. The Alpenliebe apartment, 40 m², is designed for two and has a covered terrace with a panorama across Carinthia. Both have Wi-Fi, TV and a free underground parking space; dogs are welcome.
With four apartments for two to six guests, Luxescape now caters for couples, families and groups on the Gerlitzen Alpe. Together the apartments in the same building sleep up to 18 people – for ski trips with friends, family gatherings or team days. Dogs are allowed in three of the four apartments; the Alpenblick apartment has a dedicated workspace for workation.
The Gerlitzen Alpe is the southernmost mountain of the Nockberge and one of Carinthia’s best-known ski areas: 53 km of slopes and 18 lifts in winter, 147 km of hiking trails, an adventure arena and a forest ropes course in summer. Lake Ossiach and Villach lie in the valley, a few minutes away by the Kanzelbahn cable car.
