Himmelberg, 7 October 2026. With the new website www.luxescape-ferienwohnungen.at guests can book every holiday apartment of Luxescape GmbH directly with the host – without a booking portal.
On the home page and on every location page guests enter arrival, departure, adults and children. The booking calendar opens with exactly this search and shows free dates and the price straight away.
Seasonal offers – for example the ski winter on the Gerlitzen Alpe and Turracher Höhe or summer at Lake Ossiach – are shown with their period. Groups, families and companies can reach Luxescape by email or phone and usually receive a concrete proposal the same day.
Each of the four locations – Turracher Höhe, Gerlitzen Alpe, Lake Ossiach and Maria Saal – has its own page with address, photos, facilities, things to do and answers to frequent questions. The whole website is also available in English.
About Luxescape
Luxescape GmbH, based in Himmelberg, lets holiday apartments in Carinthia and Styria, Austria – in the mountains and by the lake. The portfolio includes Chalet Haus Murmeltier and the chalet apartment Almzeit on the Turracher Höhe (1,763 m), the four apartments Alpenblick, Alpennest, Alpenzeit and Alpenliebe on the Gerlitzen Alpe near the Kanzelhöhe (1,440 m), two apartments in Sattendorf on Lake Ossiach and the Emy-Lou Apartment in Maria Saal near Klagenfurt. Every unit is a complete apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom and is looked after personally. Guests book directly with the host. The managing director is Julia Kobermann. Whole chalets in other places in Austria and Bavaria are let by the partner Luxalps GmbH, part of the same group.
