Himmelberg, 7 October 2026. Luxescape GmbH from Himmelberg is expanding its range of holiday apartments in Carinthia. New is the Emy-Lou Apartment in Maria Saal (Kuchling 46) – after Turracher Höhe, the Gerlitzen Alpe and Lake Ossiach, the company’s fourth location.
On 65 m² the apartment offers two bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with two bunk beds – plus a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate WC, WiFi and free parking. It sleeps up to six guests.
Maria Saal lies quietly in the Zollfeld north of Klagenfurt. The Gothic cathedral, the Duke’s Chair and the Carinthian open-air museum are only minutes away; Lake Wörthersee, the state capital and Klagenfurt airport can be reached in about a quarter of an hour.
That makes the new property suitable for family holidays as well as for business travellers and tradespeople looking for a complete apartment instead of a hotel room.
